The most frequently used site for tweeting music is blip.fm (@blip.fm). It is well integrated with other microblogging services. However, blip.fm requires you to sign up with your email address.

Here is another cool way to share music on Twitter and it is very easy to use.
You do not have to sign up nor give away your Twitter password.

Go to the site: http://twt.fm
Enter your username for Twitter
Enter the name of the artist
Enter the track name
Click on "tweet music"
